shuohao-skills: the short-drama five-pack and moving H3 prompts to Seedance
shuohao-skills splits short-drama production into five skills: novel-outline for the adaptation outline, novel-characters for character sheets, novel-art for scene and prop art, novel-script for the script and novel-storyboard for 2-5 second shot lists per episode. Each skill carries quality gates and outputs a structured production pack. Storyboard prompts are aligned to MiniMax H3 by default, and only the render step changes to move onto Seedance.
The five-skill pipeline
- novel-outline: Adaptation outline: cast table, beat table, episode synopses and asset list.
- novel-characters: Character portraits and voice prompts.
- novel-art: Scene and prop art sets with consistency anchors.
- novel-script: Scripts with hooks and beats.
- novel-storyboard: Cuts each episode into 2-5 second shots and writes storyboard prompts.
